Can I visit Tramuntana Flow facilities before I book them?
T-Flow visits can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us (info@tramuntanaflow.com) in order to arrange for a tour.
How can I make a reservation?
Check availability and prices with us via info@tramuntanaflow.com. We will send you and information package with all information on the reservation procedure. To secure the space you need to pay a Reservation Fee.
What is included in the rent?
Tourist tax, 320 kWh per week electricity, yoga mats and props, water and gas, high speed Wi-Fi in social areas, bed-linens, one big and one small towel, toilet paper and end cleaning.
What is not included in the rent?
Drinking water, daily cleaning, pool towels and extra toilet towels, transfers, and a refundable security deposit.
Do you offer meals?
We collaborate with native chefs. Their service includes shopping, cooking and kitchen cleaning. Payment and invoices for food must be directly discussed with the chefs.
Are credit cards accepted?
Unfortunately not. All payments must be made by transfer prior to arrival. If you have to make any additional payments once you are at T-Flow, we kindly ask you to pay cash before you check out.
Can our company organize a seminar at T-Flow?
Yes, we can turn the yoga room into a beautiful and effective seminar room.
Can I organize a party at T-Flow?
No loud parties with alcohol are allowed at T-Flow. This space is made with lots of love to enjoy yoga, meditation, nutrition courses… in a peaceful environment that helps to restore the mind-body-soul balance. Neighbours also apreciate this vision a lot.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check in time is from 5 pm, check out time is before 10 am. Due to same-day arrivals/departures of large groups, we are not able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs.
Does T-Flow have Wi-Fi?
Yes.
Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
Tramuntana Flow does not offer this service since the simplest and cheapest way is to take a taxi from the airport.
Taxi fares from/to the airport?
The regular taxi rate for up to 4 people is about 30€. Bigger taxis up to 9 people cost 45€.

Is there public transport?
Yes, there is a train-bus connection to Palma. A shuttle bus takes you to the train station and then there are only two stops by train to the centre.

How far is the centre from Palma?
About 15 Km to the centre, 15-20 minutes by car.
Can I rent only a room?
Tramuntana Flow does not process individuals bookings, although we can forward your message to group leader, if you provide us with the dates you are interested in. Please contact us info@tramuntanaflow.com
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, however, they are not allowed in the centre.
Can I smoke?
We are proud to maintain a SMOKE-FREE environment for our guests. No smoking is allow anywhere on the property. If you smoke, please do so OUTSIDE the property.
Can I drink alcohol?
Alcohol parties are not allowed. Organizers normally allow a glass of wine with your meals, depending on the type of seminar.
Activities in the area?
Mallorca offers many activities: horseback riding, stand-up-paddle, sailing, hiking, cycling … We can put you in touch with great professionals with whom we collaborate.
Can I bring a day group and eat meals without spending the night?
Yes, we welcome groups of any size that come for just the day depending on availability. You can reserve a catering service or use the kitchen for a kitchen fee.
What should I bring?
Beach towel, sunscreen, flip flops, ear plugs, medication, spending money for excursions, shopping, etc.
